Today will take participants through the process of writing and publishing on Jourlab, photo capture and upload to Flickr and linking between Jourlab and Flickr.
Hands-on: Introduction to the workshop website Jourlab.com (WordPress).
Lecture: Writing for the web.
Lecture: Photos and formats (jpg, gif…)
Hands-on: Back to Jourlab.com; how do we add photos?
Wed 8/15 Deeper into photos on the web.
Lecture: Screen sizes, photos and resolutions - what does it all mean.
Hands-on: Introduction to photo editing.
Discussion: How do we teach impossible things?

Lecture: Introduction to video on the web.
Hands-on: Video shooting and editing.
