Dialogue – a Buzzword Turning Meaningless?
Critical dialogue, visible dialogue, corporate dialogue, global dialogue. The darling – dialogue – has many nicknames.
In commercials, on the web, in politicial speeches. Companies are in dialogue with both employees and customers. Dialogue is just one of these words you see and hear everywhere. Whether it is politicians, countries, organizations or teachers - everybody seems to use dialogue nowadays – without actually knowing the definition of the term.
Unfortunately, the widespread use of dialogue also means a devaluation of the term; the term has become a buzzword.
According to experts the widespread use can end up being a problem.
